As of August 1, Bristol B.V. outsourced commercial and administrative real estate management for the Dutch retail portfolio to RPM.

The administrative part is carried out by the partner Sedico in Eemnes, who works with RPM.

It concerns a multi-year Service Level Agreement in which the emphasis is on further optimization of the portfolio on the basis of competitive and flexible conditions.
