After an intensive and pleasant cooperation after the departure of its real estate manager, C&A has decided as of today to outsource the commercial real estate management for the Dutch retail portfolio to RPM. It concerns a multi-year Service Level Agreement in which the emphasis is on further optimization of the portfolio on the basis of competitive and flexible conditions.
